What you will do
- Own the end-to-end payment platform lifecycle, from onboarding providers to monitoring performance and incident response.
- Lead platform reliability initiatives, capacity planning, and disaster recovery to ensure uninterrupted payment processing.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and security teams to define roadmaps, SLAs, and governance policies.
- Oversee vendor relationships and ensure integration quality, cost efficiency, and contract compliance.
- Drive security and fraud prevention measures across payment workflows and data handling.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in payments infrastructure, gateway integrations, and payment orchestration.
- Strong background in security, risk management, and regulatory compliance (PCI-DSS, GDPR, etc.).
- Proven leadership in cross-functional teams with a track record of delivering complex platforms on time and within budget.
