What you will do
- Lead company-wide FP&A, including budgeting, reforecasting, long-range planning, and cash flow forecasting.
- Own the full P&L across G&A, R&D, and Product, with a focus on operational efficiency and financial clarity.
- Develop and maintain executive- and board-facing materials, including metric packs and KPI frameworks benchmarked against top SaaS companies.
- Build and run the headcount and OpEx planning process in close partnership with HR and department leaders.
- Drive finance systems maturity by leading ERP adoption, enabling audit readiness, and establishing structured planning cadences.
- Build a scalable finance data architecture to support standardized reporting and decision-making.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or closely related quantitative discipline and seven (7) years of experience OR Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or closely related quantitative discipline and ten (10) years of experience.
- Build and scale FP&A functions, long-range models, and cross-functional planning processes.
- Experience with unit economics, financial close and accounting best practices, ERP systems, and business intelligence tools.
- Skills in financial modeling, predictive analytics and forecasting, strategic finance, risk management and cost analysis.
- Experience in pre- and post-IPO financial planning, public company reporting, and board material preparations.
