What you will do

  • Travel 20-40% for customer meetings, business reviews, and industry events.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United States for remote work.
  • 4+ years of account management experience in customer service, call/contact center, or service delivery.
  • Technical knowledge of contact center software and functionality.
  • Experience managing business aspects of large enterprise customers.
