- Track client retention and revenue growth metrics.
- Travel 20-40% for customer meetings, business reviews, and industry events.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States for remote work.
- 4+ years of account management experience in customer service, call/contact center, or service delivery.
- Technical knowledge of contact center software and functionality.
- Experience managing business aspects of large enterprise customers.
