What you will do

  • Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and manage the full QTC lifecycle including CPQ, billing, and collections.
  • Serve as primary liaison between IT and functional teams such as Deal Desk, Billing Operations, and Business Finance.
  • Develop and execute plans for system updates and enhancements implementation.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive system requirements documentation.
  • Manage testing and implementation plans for product catalog releases, price changes, and other updates.
  • Support internal and external audit requirements while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United States
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience (minimum 3 years).
  • Strong understanding of business processes and supporting systems.
  • Project management experience with proven ability to lead cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Zuora CPQ and Zuora Billing/Invoicing or other enterprise CPQ and invoicing platforms.
