What you will do

  • Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline health using MEDDICC and sales tools like Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes and drive adoption of new sales motions.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and maintain strong executive relationships with enterprise accounts and partners.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Beijing or Hong Kong, China
  • Extensive experience leading sales teams in enterprise software, open source, SaaS, or cloud environments.
  • Proven ability to manage sales processes from planning to closing deals in direct and partner sales structures.
  • Experience working in a matrix environment with cross-country teams.
