What you will do

  • Lead and coach a team of project managers overseeing end-to-end creative production.
  • Establish structures, workflows, and long-term directions for the creative team.
  • Oversee planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for marketing assets including video, design, and copy.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand alignment across all communication channels.
  • Manage external supplier relationships, contracts, and performance evaluations.
  • Track campaign and asset performance to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Swedish and English required.
  • Proven experience as a people-focused leader in a creative or marketing environment.
  • Background in managing high-volume creative productions, including video and photo.
  • Ability to navigate complex global organizations and build stakeholder networks.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple production projects concurrently.
