What you will do
- Lead strategic HR initiatives including career tracks, job profiles, and engagement assessments.
- Support performance reviews, calibration sessions, and talent decision-making for senior levels.
- Partner with managers to drive organizational excellence, maintain org structures, and manage headcount budgets.
- Analyze engagement survey data to communicate findings and implement actionable improvements.
- Oversee compensation processes including salary reviews to ensure business transparency.
- Facilitate learning and development programs and identify training needs across the division.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in HR roles such as HR BP, People Partner, or HR Generalist.
- Proven responsibility for managing 100+ employees.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Limassol.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HR metrics and data-driven decision-making.
- Proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
