What you will do

  • Identify and engage decision-makers at Federal Civilian accounts through targeted prospecting.
  • Generate qualified sales opportunities by booking discovery calls and demos for Regional Sales Directors.
  • Conduct thorough research on target accounts to tailor messaging and outreach.
  • Clearly articulate Forward Networks’s value proposition of a digital twin.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing on account-based strategies and provide market feedback.
  • Maintain accurate activity records in Salesforce for pipeline visibility.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in outbound Business Development or lead generation within the federal government.
  • Knowledge of computer networking, security, SaaS or data/technology industry.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong ability to research and personalize outreach for executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft/Outreach.
  • Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with eagerness to grow into an Account Executive role.
