What you will do
- Own builder acquisition and ecosystem growth strategy.
- Build and run grants, incentives, and partner programs.
- Drive strategic partnerships and integrations.
- Define and track ecosystem KPIs (builders, activation, retention, ROI).
- Work closely with Product & Engineering and represent the ecosystem externally.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience building or scaling developer ecosystems, platforms, or protocols.
- Strong BD/partnership experience with technical partners and ecosystem collaborators in the Web3 space.
- Experience designing and running developer-focused programs (grants, incentives, community, Hackathons).
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
- Experience building programs, partnerships, or ecosystem functions from zero.
- Ability to travel around Europe (EU Citizen/Passport Holder or Schengen Visa Holder).
Nice to have
- Ethereum Ecosystem experience.
- Experience designing token-based incentives or community grant programs.
- Strong analytical mindset (funnel metrics, cohort analysis, ROI modelling).
