What you will do

  • Develop expertise in Redis products and serve as a subject matter expert for customers.
  • Help customers meet technology and business requirements using Redis Enterprise solutions.
  • Provide hands-on technical implementation services, including end-to-end testing within customer environments.
  • Assist customers with Redis development projects using programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, and Go.
  • Collaborate with customer technical teams (architects, developers, PMOs, and C-level experts) for successful production solution deployments.
  • Provide customer feedback and insights to Product Management and R&D teams for product and technical material improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in post-sales consulting, ideally in database engineering for enterprise software.
  • Hands-on experience with client library and server-side code development, RESTful APIs, and Linux.
  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong technical, communication, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English (C1 equivalent).
  • Available to travel up to 20% of the time.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience with scalable and highly available distributed systems.
  • Docker and Kubernetes experience.
