What you will do
- Assist with accounts reconciliation, payment investigations, and collaborate with Settlements teams.
- Work with cross-functional teams on automation initiatives and process improvements.
- Maintain organized records and compile data for ad-hoc reporting requests.
- Analyze datasets and prepare information for stakeholders and fee negotiations.
- Communicate with banking partners to resolve trading and settlement issues.
- Identify manual tasks and help automate scalable workflows.
Requirements
- Fluent English language skills; Spanish is a plus.
- Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or student in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or similar.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Spreadsheets; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong data analysis skills and interest in financial markets.
- Ability to work accurately to deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize deliverables.
- Proactive, critical thinker with strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
