Location: This is an office-based role located in Hammersmith. Wheely has an in-person culture but allows flexible working hours and work from home when needed. In most cases, we expect team members to be in the office at least four days a week.

What you will do

  • Full-cycle recruitment for product, business, and go-to-market roles across all our global locations (UK, EMEA, US)
  • Work with a high level of autonomy
  • Help Wheely shape a more transparent and efficient recruitment process
  • Participate in marketing and PR activities aimed at improving the HR brand

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience in a challenging environment: scale-up, large tech, consulting, VC/PE, or a well-known recruitment agency serving any of the above industries
  • Cross-border and cross-cultural experience is highly appreciated
  • No specific industry knowledge is required, although we tend to favor candidates with a more diversified background (e.g., working with a large variety of roles, sectors, geographies)
  • Great communication skills and a client-centered approach
  • Self-discipline and ability to work autonomously
  • Fluent English
