What you will do
- Ensure a positive client experience, encourage proactive solutions, and maintain clear communication.
- Act as brand guardian on projects, constructively challenge clients, and present added-value solutions.
- Utilize project management and workflow tools to ensure timely project delivery and identify upcoming work.
- Lead projects requiring account management, ensuring the team has the right information and agreeing on budgets and scopes.
- Identify new business opportunities and work with the Account Director to pursue them.
- Actively participate in knowledge sharing and foster a client-centric team environment.
Requirements
- Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients.
- Ability to manage and filter workflow, and prioritise workloads to maximise productivity.
- Knowledge of account management and invoicing.
- Highly creative with the ability to generate ideas and contribute to studio output.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
- Understanding of integrating with a client-side team while maintaining a top-tier agency service.
