Salary: $170,000 - $196,000 per year

What you will do

  • Own the Product, Operations, and Marketing Operating System: Lead roadmapping, OKR processes, KPI tracking, and executive updates to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Drive Strategic Analysis & Opportunity Sizing: Conduct market research and financial modeling to inform priorities and growth strategy.
  • Elevate Organizational Effectiveness: Identify and implement scalable improvements in process, decision-making, and communication.
  • Lead Special Projects: Manage high-priority, ambiguous initiatives on behalf of CPO/COO, driving execution of critical workstreams.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in top-tier consulting, investment banking, or related fields.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and advanced financial modeling skills.
  • Proven ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with senior executives.
  • Must be located in the NYC-metropolitan area and able to work onsite 3 days per week.
  • Active work authorization in the US is required.
