Senior Backend Engineer - Connectors

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain Golang-based services to enhance the Connectors platform.
• Create new integrations with third-party APIs, tools, and platforms to expand system capabilities.
• Drive improvements to developer experience and minimize integration friction for customers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Developer Experience teams.
• Own features and services from inception through deployment and production support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Go programming and software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and API technologies like gRPC and GraphQL.
• Experience developing in Linux environments with containerized applications.
• Must be located in or have a preference for the Europe time zone/region.

Nice to have

• Experience with TimescaleDB or PostgreSQL in production.
• Expertise with AWS or Azure cloud providers.
• Experience managing self-hosted Kubernetes clusters.
• Previous background in database-as-a-service or distributed systems.
