What you will do

  • Align sourcing activities to workforce plans and understand recruitment needs.
  • Source candidates matching client requirements through various channels and strategies.
  • Define and implement sourcing strategies for building talent pools of specific candidate profiles.
  • Measure and monitor the effectiveness of the strategic sourcing framework.
  • Partner with recruiters and team members to generate ideas and share information.
  • Provide responsive and proactive customer service via telephone, e-mail, etc.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of full cycle recruitment and candidate scheduling experience.
  • Tech savvy with Microsoft Suite of products.
  • 1+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies including market mapping and Boolean searches.
  • 1+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience.
  • 1+ years of client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers.
  • High School Diploma; 4-year degree highly preferred.
