What you will do

  • Own the full partnership lifecycle end-to-end, from identifying to driving long-term growth.
  • Build and manage a portfolio of strategic partnerships across various verticals.
  • Design and scale partnership programs and models for repeatable, measurable impact.
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and sales for shipped integrations and joint go-to-market motions.
  • Represent Lovable externally at the executive level, building trusted, long-term relationships.
  • Track and report on partnership performance against adoption, distribution, and revenue metrics.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliances within B2B technology.
  • Proven track record owning the full partnership lifecycle: sourcing, negotiating, closing, activating, and growing partnerships.
  • Comfortable navigating complex technical requirements and workflows, engaging in product and engineering conversations.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguity and drive initiatives forward.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, influencing and aligning stakeholders at all levels.
  • English: C1+ required (company language).

  • Experience in AI or developer tooling.
  • Existing relationships within the B2B SaaS or platform ecosystem.
