What you will do

  • Assist in preparing customer demos, presentations, and proof-of-concepts to showcase product value.
  • Research industries and competitors to support discovery and value messaging initiatives.
  • Create and maintain technical content, including demo environments and knowledge articles.
  • Shadow customer meetings to observe how requirements are uncovered and solutions are positioned.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Sales, Marketing, and Product teams on various projects.
  • Document best practices and contribute to ongoing team knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Passion for technology and proactive problem-solving.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-paced professional environment.
  • Basic knowledge of SaaS, cloud technologies, or IT systems.
