What you will do
- Source top-tier candidates for a variety of technical and non-technical roles using LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain the integrity of the Greenhouse applicant tracking system.
- Support recruiters in daily tasks and administrative hiring processes.
- Ensure hiring teams comply with established recruitment guidelines.
Requirements
- 1+ years of professional experience in agency or in-house recruitment.
- Excellent self-discipline and attention to detail.
- English proficiency: B2 Upper-Intermediate level required.
- Must currently reside in or be able to relocate independently to Cyprus (no visa sponsorship).
