What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for media production and broadcast engineering roles on a project basis.
- Handle 10-15 open requisitions simultaneously, adapting to project-driven hiring needs.
- Source candidates using platforms like HireEZ, LinkedIn, and Boolean search.
- Assess and interview candidates to ensure fit for projects and clients.
- Build partnerships with hiring managers and provide market insights.
- Lead offer negotiations including compensation and benefits.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA and able to work remotely.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in media production and broadcast engineering.
- Strong knowledge of broadcast media and live event production industries.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, G Suite, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Nice to have
- Staffing agency experience.
- Familiarity with JobVite, Ashby, or Monday.com.
