What you will do
- Support critical web applications across Development, Beta, and Production environments, including rotating on-call duties.
- Solve high-impact technical puzzles by identifying root causes and delivering fast, effective resolutions.
- Collaborate across teams to triage escalations and ensure companywide success.
- Participate in Agile/SAFe processes and support deployments in both on-prem and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Manage escalations professionally, resolving concerns efficiently, and ensuring high service standards.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and SDLC.
- Hands-on experience in scripting (C#, Java, Python) and basic SQL/Postgres.
- Experience with code branching/merging and cloud computing best practices, including deployment, management, and security.
- Solid project management and communication skills.
- 1-3 years of experience in SRE, Technical Support, or Software Engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
