What you will do
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for new and existing features.
- Investigate and reproduce issues reported by users or external testing teams.
- Verify products meet strict regulatory and technical standards.
- Validate hardware and firmware updates from vendors to ensure system stability.
- Log detailed defects including reproduction steps, severity, and impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive high-quality product releases.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science.
- 0 to 1 year of experience in Software Testing.
- Proficiency in software quality assurance and technical troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective documentation.
- Ability to work onsite in Raleigh, NC.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with programming or scripting languages.
