  • Ensure a positive, engaging, and professional candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment, including proactive search/headhunting.
  • Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions.
  • Experience in employer branding and talent attraction.
  • University degree in HR, Business Administration, or a similar field.
  • Strong Estonian and English skills required to communicate with clients and colleagues in other countries.
  • Analytical skills and confidence using data to optimize recruitment.
