What you will do

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for GTM, Services, and Account Management teams.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber talent.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and provide training on interviewing best practices.
  • Analyze recruitment KPIs and metrics to drive data-based process improvements.
  • Oversee offer negotiations and ensure a seamless candidate onboarding experience.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Boston, MA and able to work 3 days per week in the office.
  • 6+ years of experience in recruitment, specifically within the SaaS or tech industry.
  • 2+ years of experience in a rapidly scaling enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and source candidates via diverse channels.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms, preferably Greenhouse.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing stakeholders and candidates.
