What you will do
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements including SaaS, vendor, partnership, and influencer contracts.
- Manage the company’s intellectual property portfolio and enforcement across digital platforms.
- Provide legal guidance on marketing, promotions, consumer protection, and AI initiatives.
- Advise on corporate governance and employment-related legal matters across jurisdictions.
- Support legal aspects of payment service providers and company growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Must have a valid attorney license and LL.B.
- 5+ years of legal experience, preferably in high-tech or gaming.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Strong experience with commercial agreements and intellectual property.
- Experience advising technology companies; gaming industry experience is an advantage.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
