What you will do

  • Prepare and send quotes to customers via Salesforce.
  • Process orders and invoices accurately and timely.
  • Support Account Managers and other sales staff with daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Support perpetual cloud licenses and ensure smooth customer transitions.
  • Help with support ticket escalations and follow up until resolution.
  • Coordinate with marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update customer records and sales data in Salesforce and other CRM tools.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of customer/partner-facing experience.
  • Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Assistant, or similar role in a SAAS company.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of SAAS products and services and industry trends.
