What you will do

  • Plan and coordinate university events to promote the company brand on campus and at the office.
  • Develop and execute social media content strategies including authentic employee highlights.
  • Contribute actively to the development and strengthening of the employer brand.
  • Collaborate with an international Talent Acquisition team on various recruitment marketing projects.

Requirements

  • Current student in at least the 2nd year of a bachelor program in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, HR, or Psychology.
  • Available for at least 6 months for a minimum of 2 days per week (16-20 hours).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented approach to campaign planning.
  • Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset suited for a fast-paced startup environment.
