What you will do

  • Execute outbound activities using automation, AI, and advanced prospecting tactics to generate new opportunities.
  • Research and qualify prospects/accounts to ensure they meet technical and business requirements.
  • Communicate the SolarWinds value proposition via phone and email.
  • Conduct online product demonstrations for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and submit weekly/monthly commits.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in lead qualification, sales, or as an SDR.
  • An enthusiastic approach to creating interest in prospects and a passion for learning about SolarWinds products.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM tools) and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to provide market feedback on customer needs.
