What you will do
- Identify, develop, and maximize account penetration within specified product lines or geographic areas.
- Build, maintain, and continuously develop strong relationships with accounts.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Ensure the collection of Accounts Receivable.
- Support the Sales Manager in sales and marketing planning and strategy development.
- Assist in training sales and sales support staff.
Requirements
- At least four years of strong track record in direct sales and account management.
- University Degree holder.
- Strong collaboration, change agility, result focus, innovation & digitalization, and customer centricity.
- Possess integrity, team spirit, customer orientation, entrepreneurship, and responsibility for safety.
- Entrepreneurial, commercial thinking, and customer-oriented attitude.
