What you will do

  • Inform CrowdStrike’s long-range strategic vision and product roadmap for security.
  • Drive and communicate CrowdStrike’s technology strategy to customers, partners, investors, media, and industry events.
  • Engage with governments and regulators on cybersecurity, technical policy, and innovation.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the cyber security industry and competitive landscape.
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and discover new technologies for competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • Experience developing security strategies for companies and/or governments.
  • Minimum Business level English, High Business Level Japanese (verbal, non-verbal, and cultural fluency required to communicate with C-Level executives).
  • Broad information security competency across strategy, governance, technology, and policy.
  • Deep knowledge of security issues and trends, with the ability to articulate a high-level security strategy.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with senior leaders.
  • Experience working in a global environment and awareness of geo-political sentiments.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience aligning technical strategy to industry frameworks such as NIST, MITRE ATT &CK, ISO/IEC 27001, or Zero Trust Architecture.
  • Cloud Security Thought Leadership.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Threat Hunting, SOC optimization, or Security Data Lake architectures.
