What you will do
- Build smooth, stable, and elegant Android products using Kotlin and the newest Android APIs
- Own features from design through implementation to launch
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Designers, Product Managers, Backend Developers, and Data teams
- Develop customer-facing mobile experiences that surface margin trading functionality clearly and responsibly
- Work with modern Android technologies including Jetpack Compose, MVVM, Coroutines, Flow, RxJava, Retrofit, and Room
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Toronto, Canada with hybrid work requiring office presence at least 3 days per week
- 3+ years professional Android development experience, preferably with Kotlin and Compose
- Proficiency in Kotlin or Java and Jetpack libraries
- Strong product sense and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and passion for clean, maintainable code
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred or equivalent experience
