What you will do
- Architect and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure using automation-first methodologies.
- Manage complex infrastructure environments using Terraform with a focus on drift detection and modularity.
- Deploy and maintain high-availability applications within Amazon EKS and Kubernetes clusters.
- Optimize end-to-end CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery and ensure code integrity.
- Implement comprehensive observability through centralized logging, monitoring, and proactive alerting.
- Collaborate with security teams to integrate automated scanning and least-privilege policies into deployment cycles.
Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken/written) and Czech or Slovak are mandatory.
- Must have existing work authorization for Czechia as no visa support is provided.
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS core services (EC2, EKS, S3, VPC, RDS, Lambda).
- Strong proficiency in Terraform and experience managing Kubernetes (EKS) clusters.
- Strong background in automation scripting using Python, Go, or Bash.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline.
Nice to have
- AWS Certified SysOps Administrator or DevOps Engineer (Professional).
- Experience with GitOps methodologies using ArgoCD or Flux.
- Deep understanding of SRE principles including SLIs/SLOs and toil reduction.
- Experience with service mesh technologies like Istio or AWS App Mesh.
