What you will do

  • Build and grow a pipeline of corporate and education partnerships throughout Italy.
  • Identify new business opportunities and secure long-term agreements with institutions and universities.
  • Turn signed contracts into real production and room nights.
  • Grow existing accounts through follow-ups and upsell initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management and local hub teams to align pricing and strategy.
  • Monitor performance and forecasts using Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development within hospitality or travel.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Based in Rome with willingness to travel regularly within Italy.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to manage personal sales targets.
  • Experience with corporate travel or education partners is a plus.
