What you will do

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
  • Draft and publish job descriptions and job ads across various channels.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and proactive pipeline building.
  • Conduct screening interviews and manage assessment steps.
  • Prepare and coordinate offer creation and negotiation.
  • Track recruitment activity and support internal mobility processes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition role.
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Good judgment in candidate assessment and selection.
  • Comfort working with ATS and recruitment reporting.
  • Experience recruiting across different functions or countries.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in French and/or Spanish.
  • Experience in fast-paced, international, or scale-up environments.
