What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for business organizations, especially go-to-market functions like sales & marketing.
- Partner with leaders to develop top-of-funnel strategies and build healthy, representative pipelines.
- Source and engage passive talent, handling inbound applications and referrals.
- Leverage data to inform hiring strategies and influence change with executives.
- Identify, conceptualize, and drive business improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 6+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience in a high-growth business.
- Experience partnering with senior executives on high-volume searches in go-to-market organizations.
- Expert knowledge of the SaaS / scaling tech landscape in APAC, particularly Singapore.
- Advanced sourcing and passive engagement skills.
- Ability to build a talent strategy alongside hiring managers, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Nice to have
- Experience hiring across multiple countries in APAC.
- Proficiency in an additional Asian language (e.g., Japanese, Korean).
