What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for business organizations, especially go-to-market functions like sales & marketing.
  • Partner with leaders to develop top-of-funnel strategies and build healthy, representative pipelines.
  • Source and engage passive talent, handling inbound applications and referrals.
  • Leverage data to inform hiring strategies and influence change with executives.
  • Identify, conceptualize, and drive business improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience in a high-growth business.
  • Experience partnering with senior executives on high-volume searches in go-to-market organizations.
  • Expert knowledge of the SaaS / scaling tech landscape in APAC, particularly Singapore.
  • Advanced sourcing and passive engagement skills.
  • Ability to build a talent strategy alongside hiring managers, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience hiring across multiple countries in APAC.
  • Proficiency in an additional Asian language (e.g., Japanese, Korean).
