What you will do

  • Respond to legal inquiries from law enforcement, consumer rights, and other regulatory institutions.
  • Handle internal escalations regarding GDPR, privacy, and member safety issues.
  • Develop and refine internal policies, procedures, and cooperation frameworks.
  • Contribute to platform safety projects and lead initiatives to improve legal compliance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Product, and Member Support teams.
  • Manage team performance and contribute to setting operational goals.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer support, handling legal/police requests, or project management.
  • Fluent in English, with additional European languages considered an asset.
  • Ability to make quick, informed decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to own projects independently.
  • Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to continuously learn new techniques and adapt to evolving compliance requirements.
