What you will do

  • Design and implement tools, frameworks, and processes to enhance developer productivity and streamline the software development lifecycle
  • Integrate AI into existing processes to increase speed and agility
  • Architect modular, maintainable services breaking down monolithic systems
  • Define and track metrics to improve engineering efficiency and developer experience
  • Build consensus on engineering standards and best practices company-wide
  • Mentor engineers on software architecture, system design, and development best practices

Requirements

  • Must have 10+ years of software engineering experience with high-scale, fault-tolerant systems
  • Experience improving CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks
  • Proven track record creating development frameworks adopted by multiple teams
  • Strong expertise in service-oriented architecture and microservices design
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts
  • Location: Must be based in Spain for 100% remote-friendly role or hybrid in Barcelona
