What you will do
- Run recruitment processes across the organisation, partnering with leaders and People Enablement Partners to identify and hire exceptional people.
- Strengthen how Legora hires by improving sourcing strategies, candidate pipelines, and maintaining visibility into talent markets.
- Refine interview frameworks, evaluation methods, and hiring practices for consistent and high-quality hiring decisions.
- Analyze hiring data and conversion metrics to identify opportunities to improve the speed and quality of recruitment processes.
- Evolve the tools, workflows, and infrastructure that support hiring, ensuring recruitment efforts can scale without lowering the hiring bar.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in recruiting or talent roles, ideally within a fast-growing or scaling company.
- Experience running recruitment processes and motivated by identifying and securing exceptional talent.
- Structured approach to hiring decisions and enjoys improving processes for consistent hiring.
- Comfortable partnering with leaders and guiding them through hiring decisions in competitive talent markets.
- Thrives in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve quickly and where hiring decisions impact company growth.
- Takes pride in building exceptional teams and understand the long-term impact hiring decisions have on a company’s success.
