What you will do

  • Generate new revenue with new and existing accounts in collaboration with sales and client management teams.
  • Support solutions discovery for technical, functional, and value propositions of retail and brand solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proofs-of-concept, and product demonstrations.
  • Evaluate client business goals and integration requirements, recommending effective strategies.
  • Generate ROI analyses, forecasts, and respond to RFIs and RFPs.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure smooth handoff to service teams with documented goals.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United States
  • 3+ years of presales experience in enterprise software and services sales.
  • Experience supporting teams closing six-figure contracts against seven-figure targets.
  • Understanding of retail and e-commerce client challenges and partner ecosystems.
  • Technical knowledge of API integrations (REST & SOAP) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including with C-level executives.
