What you will do
- Assist in exploratory data analysis to uncover product usage patterns, trends, or anomalies.
- Prepare datasets using Python and SQL for modeling, reporting, or dashboarding.
- Support the development and evaluation of machine learning models.
- Run A/B test analyses and help summarize experimental outcomes.
- Build and update dashboards and notebooks to present findings.
- Maintain project tracking tools and contribute to internal data science playbooks.
Requirements
- Must be a 1st year Masters Data Science student or a fourth year undergrad student enrolled in a co-op program.
- Focus on data science, statistics, or machine learning.
- Available for an 8-month co-op term (May to December).
- Based in Toronto, Vancouver, or Calgary
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data exploration, analysis, and basic modeling.
- Comfortable using data notebooks and version control tools.
