  • Shape organisational design approaches aligned to client strategy and context.
  • Lead the development of operating models, organisational structures, governance, and role clarity.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to consultants working on OD workstreams.
  • Coach and develop Senior Consultants and Consultants within OD teams.

Requirements

  • Significant experience delivering organisation design and operating model engagements.
  • Proven track record of leading workstreams within complex consulting programmes.
  • Experience working directly with senior client stakeholders.
  • Background in consulting or a comparable internal organisational design role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office and comfortable using AI-enabled tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT).
