What you will do

  • Own product marketing strategy and portfolio narrative, shaping how solutions are positioned for European B2B and B2G audiences.
  • Define and evolve value propositions, messaging frameworks, and use cases to articulate customer value and differentiation.
  • Create continuous insight loops from market trends, customer feedback, and competition to inform GTM decisions.
  • Lead cross-functional go-to-market planning and launch execution across various stakeholders.
  • Create high-impact content and enablement materials for Sales, Partner Management, and lifecycle teams.

Requirements

  • Strong B2B product marketing experience in a software, platform, or marketplace environment.
  • Proven ownership of positioning, messaging, go-to-market planning, and launches.
  • Ability to lead through influence and align stakeholders across teams and countries.
  • Comfort with KPIs/OKRs and ability to turn performance insights into clear decisions.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and German.
  • Organized, comfortable with modern collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, monday.com), and accountable for measurable impact.
