What you will do

  • Own the technical delivery plan for multiple interdependent work streams, translating business objectives into a roadmap with milestones and acceptance criteria.
  • Run day-to-day engineering execution, tracking delivery across OpenAI and customer teams, making trade-offs to protect the critical path.
  • Embed with customer teams to drive adoption, shaping tools and integrations, and leading onboarding and change management.
  • Partner with Product and Research to ensure platform components support deployment goals.
  • Codify solution patterns and extract reusable patterns to improve products and models.
  • Own value cases and ROI, setting impact hypotheses and KPIs, and reporting to executive sponsors.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of customer‑facing technical delivery leadership.
  • Track record of successfully leading complex customer engagements involving AI.
  • Excel in high ambiguity environments and simplify complex work.
  • Move fluidly between system-level understanding and execution-level detail.
  • Strong technical fluency and sharp sequencing instincts.
  • Experience shipping AI/LLM systems.
  • Expertise in at least one major sector (e.g., healthcare, energy, financial services, semiconductors, IT).
