What you will do

  • Own all customer relationships and serve as the primary interface between customers and engineering.
  • Represent the voice of the customer and support them with platform updates, workflows, and features.
  • Interpret complex data sources (dashboards, metrics) to ensure optimal user engagement and adoption.
  • Build deep relationships with agency stakeholders through onsite visits.
  • Proactively identify and address customer roadblocks to drive success and retention.
  • Partner with internal teams to develop case studies and success stories.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of direct experience supporting customers in adopting technical software solutions.
  • Significant experience in the enterprise software space; startup experience is a plus.
  • Ability to listen, synthesize user feedback, and act as the first line of support.
  • Proven track record of zero churn and positive net revenue retention.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills (technical and non-technical).
  • Ability to travel approximately 60% of the time.
