What you will do

  • Design, develop, and deploy user-facing enhancements and custom applications using LWC and advanced Flows to maximize productivity.
  • Implement optimized solutions - through both efficient Apex code and configuration - to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
  • Build and maintain essential back-end logic using Apex Triggers, Classes, and Asynchronous Apex, ensuring business rules execute reliably.
  • Manage metadata deployments across environments using Gearset (or similar CI/CD tools) and maintain strict version control (Git) standards.
  • Write comprehensive unit tests with high code coverage and conduct thorough peer code reviews to ensure system stability and security.
  • Architect and maintain robust integration patterns between Salesforce and custom-built internal tools across the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional, hands-on experience as a developer on the Salesforce platform.
  • High proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and developing dynamic user interfaces with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Proven experience working within an Agile/Kanban framework, managing personal task queues and driving continuous delivery.
  • Required experience using Gearset or similar advanced CI/CD tools for complex metadata deployments.
  • Strong experience designing and optimizing complex Salesforce Flows for user-driven automation.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, platform security features (FLS/CRUD), and Governor Limits.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I (PDI) certification.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce Platform Developer II (PDII) certification.
  • Experience utilizing technical monitoring or debt analysis tools like Sweep.io.
  • Previous experience in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity environments Operated within Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Deep understanding of Lead-to-Cash process optimization in global organizations.
