What you will do

  • Facilitate project management for solution scoping and implementations, including leading kick-off calls.
  • Coordinate activities with internal and external stakeholders to develop integration solutions between Loop and client systems (TMS/ERP).
  • Lead product demonstrations tailored to prospect use cases and act as a product expert in pre-sales conversations.
  • Scope use cases to Loop’s product roadmap and inform cost structures based on technical requirements.
  • Consult with clients on business process transformation, optimization, and best-practice initiatives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with varying stages of implementation, ensuring clear documentation of technical and functional requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years of customer-facing experience within a SaaS or technology company, including customer integrations/implementations or software systems delivery.
  • Technical experience: 2+ years, with demonstrated interest in applying technical solutions within the supply chain space.
  • Ability to lead groups of people to meet critical goals and proactively identify risks and opportunities.
  • Ability to lead process mapping, whiteboard sessions on workflows, and create current/future state flows.
  • Proven presentation or training experience.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 20%.
