What you will do

  • Identify and onboard new white-label partners aligned with target segments.
  • Manage a portfolio of active partners to drive recurring revenue (MRR).
  • Lead commercial negotiations, positioning, and contract closures.
  • Identify and execute upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and support teams to resolve blockers.
  • Provide structured feedback to internal teams to enhance partner performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or account management.
  • Strong background in outbound acquisition, discovery, and contract negotiation.
  • Clear understanding of commercial metrics, revenue growth, and long-term value.
  • Excellent communication and structured approach to account portfolio management.
  • Must be located in or willing to work from the office in Riga, Vilnius, or Tallinn.

Nice to have

  • Experience with white-label, reseller, or distributor models.
  • Background in telematics, fleet management, logistics, mobility, or IoT.
  • Previous experience in SaaS or subscription-based businesses.
