What you will do
- Lead project teams to deploy solutions on the ServiceNow platform and manage complex programs.
- Lead the architecture and design of complex solutions and integration design sessions.
- Conduct client demos, working sessions, and workshops as a process and technical expert.
- Provide thought leadership to Ahead and its customers, generating differentiated marketing content.
- Craft innovative and high-impact solutions for complex client programs, relying on large teams to implement.
- Drive consensus with customers in solving complex solutions and contribute to projects addressing future concepts and technologies.
Requirements
- Subject matter expert on the ServiceNow platform (ITSM/ITOM preferred).
- Expert knowledge of at least two process areas within the ServiceNow platform and strong integration skills with third-party tools.
- Expert-level development skills on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong presentation, communication, and project management skills.
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail.
- Able to travel at least 25%.
