What you will do
- Achieve Credit & Collection KPI goals
- Research and evaluate clients' credit ratings
- Proactively communicate with clients and sales teams via phone
- Make decisions on customer order releases and escalate necessary actions
- Investigate and resolve disputed invoice queries
- Manage effective collection of all debts
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in credit management or finance
- College or university degree
- Fluency in English and either Turkish or Spanish (written and spoken)
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and analytical skills
- High ambition and teamwork orientation
- Based in Budapest with hybrid work (1-2 days office per week)
