What you will do

  • Lead discovery sessions and document clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria across data ingestion, mastering, quality, and integration.
  • Act as primary liaison between delivery teams, data SMEs, engineering, operations, and clients, managing expectations and stakeholder relationships.
  • Own workstream planning, scheduling, RAID management, and cross-team coordination for end-to-end delivery.
  • Support testing strategy, validation, and cutover activities ensuring requirements traceability.
  • Coordinate data analysis, gap assessments, and readiness tracking with internal and client teams.
  • Produce governance reports, status updates, and present to steering committees as needed.

Requirements

  • Location: Singapore
  • 5+ years in business analysis and/or project management, preferably in financial services or investment data platforms.
  • Experience leading complex multi-stream data transformation programs.
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, RAID and RAG reporting, and governance.
  • Deep knowledge of investment data domains such as Security Master, Price Master, and benchmarks/index data.

Nice to have

  • Experience with cloud data platforms like Databricks or Snowflake.
  • Exposure to regulated or high-control data environments.
  • Familiarity with market data onboarding or securities reference data.
